Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG)
A safe space designed to provide support for individuals surviving a damaging relationship with high-conflict individuals (parent, sibling, spouse, etc.) The group was created to provide validation for experiences others struggle to understand while building skills for healing. You may choose to attend the group online or in person.
The group meets online every other Thursday at 7:30 pm.
The cost is a suggested $20 donation.
